Transactional Software Subscription Pricing

You qualify for the CORE - Monthly with 1.2% Rate and $110.00 min/mth subscription plan with your past 12 months of sales of USD$132,000.00.

Using these components, your initial monthly invoice is calculated as USD$132.00.

Initial Monthly Invoice = Basis x Rate / 12
US$132.00 = US$132,000.00 x 0.012 / 12

Your monthly invoices are based on your sales over the rolling past 12 months. Your invoice will show a calculated amount or the monthly minimum, whichever is greater. On your billing date, if your rolling past 12 months of sales: 

• Are within 10% (over/under) of your current subscription basis, your next month’s invoice will remain the same. 
• Vary more than 10% (over/under) of your current subscription basis; your next month’s invoice will use the new sales total as your new subscription basis. 

You will be invoiced monthly on your billing date, and your credit card on file will be charged for the amount due. To view your sales, go to Transactions on the Retreat Guru main navigation bar, set a date range, check Show Totals & Summary, and Apply Filter. Sales = Items - Discounts.

Service Level Agreement and Onboarding

Initial implementation assistance and training of your super user and ongoing routine software maintenance and help desk support via the in-app message bubble or support@retreat.guru are included in your software subscription. Additional implementation assistance and training, if made available at the sole discretion of Retreat Guru, may be subject to additional charges.

Service Levels and Support are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Retreat Guru shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available and the access rights granted to the support services described in accordance with the service levels described in Retreat Guru Terms of Service Exhibit E: Service Levels for Commerical Users.

Cancellation Policy

Software subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

Retreat Guru requires a minimum 30-day cancellation notice before your next billing date. Retreat Guru will archive your account at the end of the 30-day notice. Once archived, you can no longer access the software or your data.

Additional Agreements

This offer supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, commitments, written or oral agreements, and writings with respect to the subject matter hereof.
